What do you like best about Iru?

It was very simple to get setup and get all of our devices enrolled. Helped us get into compliance and report easily to Drata. Found and patched so many critical software vulnerabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iru?

Honestly nothing. We're a very small company with no dedicated IT staff and it's incredible easy to manage. Our customer success manager Alex is fantastic to work with and answers all of our questions. If I had to say something, I wish there was a self-service version for smaller companies. What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a bring your own device shop and were working towards SOC2 compliance. We needed to get everyone into minimum versions and security patches and also endpoint detection and response. We looked at some very big enterprise-y MDM solutions, but they all seemed like overkill. We could easily customize Iru for our use cases.
