Compared to other MDMs, I love the Iru Endpoint UX and UI. One feature I'm particularly fond of is the Blueprint mapping with conditional rules. It makes it easy to grasp at a glance what's applied to my devices. Support, both from the AI inside the actual platform and from humans through chat is also fantastic. I've found it hard to customize software updates in a way that feels great for the end user. I want to enforce updates without being intrusive which is a challenge, perhaps not specific to Iru but a challenge nonetheless. I want to let my users defer mandatory updates up to a certain point, not be punished or surprised by them. I'm still new to Iru so might be a knowledge problem.
