"Reliable, Clean MDM That Pays for Itself"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Iru?

Been using Iru for a while now and it's become one of those tools I don't think twice about anymore. It just works.

UI/UX is clean and doesn't overwhelm you. Everything's where you'd expect it to be, and I didn't need a manual to figure out the layout. Navigating between devices, scripts, and policies feels natural, and the dashboard actually surfaces the stuff you care about instead of burying it.

Integrations are solid - the big ones you need for an MDM to work, work well (Entra, Apple Business, Autopilot).

Performance has been solid. Scripts run reliably, the agent doesn't eat resources, and I'm not sitting around waiting for things to sync. Multi-endpoint stuff stays snappy even as we've scaled up.

Pricing/ROI makes sense for what you get. It's not the cheapest thing on the shelf, but the time it saves easily justifies the cost, especially when you factor in how much manual remediation work it takes off your plate. The value shows up fast. I'm able to turn around replacement laptops in very short order and onboardings are pretty much solved.

Support/Onboarding was smoother than I expected. Getting set up didn't drag out, and when I had questions the team was responsive and actually helpful rather than sending canned replies.

AI/Intelligence features are nice though I admittedly don't use them much. I think the AI support bot is actually quite good, though. It handles a lot of my questions without escalating to a human. While I always prefer a human - the AI bot has good context.

All in all, easy recommend. It's reliable, thoughtfully built, and pays for itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iru?

The Windows capabilities were rolled out a bit quickly with some things not fully solved yet. Not a huge issue - we were on Iru specifically for our Mac fleet. They have been rolling out features for Windows regularly though and we have been able to migrate from InTune.

Integrations could potentially use some work. There just aren't many so we have to use the API to sync to our asset database/ITSM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
