What do you like best about Iru?

The zero-touch deployment has been a game-changer for us. New Apple devices arrive, enrol automatically, and land in the right configuration without any manual setup. It's cut down significantly on the time our we spend on device provisioning. Its depth of Apple-specific functionality stands out compared to more generic MDM platforms. Things like FileVault enforcement, automated OS updates, and Apple Business Manager integration just work, with none of the workarounds we needed with previous tools. What do you dislike about Iru?

Some of the more advanced policy configurations take a bit of trial and error to get right at first. Clearer in-platform guidance, along with a few practical examples for less common use cases, would make the initial setup easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?

Iru gives us a single place to manage, secure, and monitor our device fleet, instead of relying on a patchwork of manual processes. As a result, we’ve had fewer gaps in our security posture and spend far less time chasing down individual devices. It also helps us demonstrate device compliance, encryption status, enrolment, and patch levels, which is important for our ISO 27001 and broader security audit requirements.
