The monitoring system has improved immensely. While it is primarily used to pull transcripts as needed, we also monitor the IRS account of clients that contract with us to provide that service. It is a comprehensive tool, therefore sometimes it may seem complex. Complexity leads to users not knowing how to accurately use all the features.
