I use IRONGRID for my contracting and home renovation business. I like that IRONGRID allows us to get a better picture of the different jobs we have going on and helps ensure our entire team is synced up and up to date. It keeps us very organized. It's easy to use, and the pricing is great, especially since I don’t have to pay by the number of users. I can add unlimited users to the plan that fits my business. The app has helped reduce random texts and phone calls across our business and instead everyone checks the app as the source of truth. I like the work order structure and the fact I can tag team members in the tickets so that they get a notification about something that’s needed. I also enjoy the easy invoicing process right within the work order. The quotes feature is nice and helps keep us organized so that we know which quotes were accepted.
