Iris has allowed us to initiate auto-processing of RFX via an integration with Salesforce. Iris allows us to have our RFX work started any hour of the day, and the solution takes the first pass, trained on specific documentation and specific processes and commands that we give it, so that the human can come in and review the document, answer the questions that didn't have a high confidence, and have an overall review and tweak.
