I like that it makes it easier to review RFPs as a team. I also like that it learns from approved responses so we aren't answering the same questions over and over again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It takes a long time to set up the knowledge base and to tag each entry. I am not sure how that can be improved. Additionally, our final reviewer would prefer not to be notified until the initial reviewer has approved their answers. This would cut back on email notifications.
