What do you dislike about IRIS FMP | Global Workforce Management?

I dont like the usual challenges like communication, accountability and employee morale , since these are missing inside the FMP Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

it helps business doing all work in one place instead of using multiple software applications , single efficient interaction , although it might be time consuming to merge everything into one place from other softwares Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
