Iris is an impressive technology and users find it fun/intuitive. The technology has worked with very little staff intervention for two years. The few times where we had issues, Iris was responsive and able to correct or intervene quickly. Students and staff seem to enjoy the quality of their pictures and we see them being used across their professional profiles now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've had issues with the two ends of the spectrum of skin tone (very light or very dark). The booth also does not handle glasses very well (there is a glare), and many folks are not comfortable without their glasses on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
