What do you like best about IPRoyal?

What I like most is the combination of flexible ISP proxy options and genuinely helpful customer support. When my first order was refunded because my extra requirements were too specific, David clearly explained what happened, which requirements were causing the issue, and how I could simplify the order. I also appreciated the flexibility to test an ISP Proxy for 24 hours and then extend the same IP to a longer plan if it works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IPRoyal?

The Extra Requirements process could be explained more clearly during checkout. I initially thought some preferences might be treated as optional, but anything entered there can become part of the fulfillment criteria and may cause the order to be refunded if no matching proxy is available. What problems is IPRoyal solving and how is that benefiting you?

IPRoyal gives me access to stable ISP proxy options that I can use for personal browsing, account access, and testing different network environments without relying only on shared VPN or proxy services. The short-term plans are especially useful because I can test an IP first, keep the same IP if it works well, and then extend it for longer use.
