"Reliable Proxies and Helpful Support for My Daily Work"

What do you like best about IPRoyal?

I've been using IPRoyal for a few years, mainly for my organic marketing work on Instagram and TikTok. I promote products through these platforms, and I use US residential and ISP proxies to access them from my physical phone. I configure the proxy in an emulator on the phone, so having a connection that works well for browsing is important to me.

What I like most is the reliability and the support. I've noticed that the connection quality and speeds have improved over time, and most of the proxies I've used have worked well for my needs. I also appreciate being able to contact live chat when something isn't working as expected.

For example, I once had a US proxy that started showing a different location. I contacted support, and the issue was resolved after they replaced the proxy. I've also had situations where a proxy was too slow for comfortable browsing on my phone, and I was able to request a replacement.

What do you dislike about IPRoyal?

One thing I'd like to see improved is the consistency of performance between individual proxies. Some work better than others, and occasionally I come across one that feels noticeably slower when I'm browsing on my phone. Since I use the connection regularly for my social media work, even a small slowdown can make routine tasks more frustrating.

I'd also appreciate an easier way to check a proxy's performance and location before putting it into use. That would help me choose the right proxy for my needs and avoid spending time testing one that may not be performing well.

What problems is IPRoyal solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem IPRoyal solves for me is having a consistent US-based connection for my organic marketing work. I promote products on Instagram and TikTok, and I use a physical phone with an emulator where I configure the proxy. Having access to US residential and ISP proxies allows me to use that setup for my regular social media activities.

The practical benefit is that I can keep my workflow organized around the connection I need instead of having to deal with proxy-related issues while I'm trying to work. I can focus more on browsing, managing my social media activities, and promoting my products.
