"Flexible, Cost-Effective IP PBX That Scales for Remote Work"

4.5/5

What do you like best about IPPBX?

What I like best about IP PBX is its flexibility and cost efficiency compared to traditional phone systems. It allows easy management of calls over the internet, supports remote work seamlessly, and offers useful features like call routing, voicemail-to-email, and conferencing. It’s also scalable, so it can grow with the business without requiring major infrastructure changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IPPBX?

What I dislike about IP PBX is that it heavily depends on a stable internet connection, so any network issues can affect call quality or cause downtime. Setup and configuration can also be more complex compared to traditional systems, especially for businesses without strong IT support. Additionally, security can be a concern if the system isn’t properly configured and maintained. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IPPBX solving and how is that benefiting you?

IP PBX solves the limitations and high costs of traditional phone systems by using internet-based communication instead of physical phone lines. It benefits me by reducing call costs, especially for long-distance and international calls, while also offering greater flexibility to manage calls from anywhere. Features like call routing, voicemail-to-email, and remote access improve efficiency and communication, making it easier to stay connected and manage business operations more effectively.
