The system will chase late payments, and you can set it to email the admin after a certain number of days, so you know when you need to get involved and speak with account holders. Once children are signed out, they don’t grey out or move to the bottom of the register. When we need to do a quick roll call, having to scroll through the register and just glance at the signed-out button can easily lead to human error, especially in a time-critical situation.
