What do you like best about iorad?

It is a great tool to visually walk people step by step through new features without having to manually screenshot each step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iorad?

There are a few small bugs that can be annoying when I’m trying to get things done quickly. For example, when I add an AI voice, it sometimes selects the wrong voice, so I have to go back, delete the media, and add it again. Then, when I move on to the next step, it may say the audio failed, so I end up retrying until it finally works correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iorad solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is solving the gap in client facing documentation that we have. It is easy to use from my side and easy for an end user to go through the tutorials as well. It's nice that a customer support specialist can send one of the iorads I created to a client rather than walking them through something on a call Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
