What do you like best about IO Technologies?

Editorial dashboard can track page performance very well, analyzing data to optimize articles effectively. Overlay Widget, A / B Headline testing function is very useful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IO Technologies?

Slow page loading speed, especially when choosing long time periods, exporting too few lines of data, I don't really understand the usage and operation of the video dashboard Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you're a journalist, IO is a good choice for analyzing and developing newspaper content, giving you a broader and more in-depth view of your content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IO Technologies solving and how is that benefiting you?

I solved the arrangement and organization of content. And specially calculate the KPI for reporters.

Hello, Toby. Thanks a lot for sharing your thoughts.

Our last product update has introduced a new data platform that uses raw data to generate each report. This allows the user to create an accurate view of traffic, unique users and sessions with any combination of tracking dimensions, which, unfortunately decreases the performance compared to pre-aggregated tables used in the past. The team works hard to push a performance update each week and I can assure you'll notice drastic improvements as the time goes by. We are sorry if this caused you any inconvenience.
