The level of service and support is excellent, timely and the solutions are world class. We sell to national retailers and automation is everything. The deduction management tools allow my team to effectively and efficiently manage our receivables and deductions, our DDO has consistently been under 60 days. The DM and POD automation tools allow our team to quickly review, approve or deny a claim, and auto-upload responses to the customer portals.
