What do you like best about invoice ninja?

It's open-source, free, customizable PDF, and a customer portal. You can pay only $30/year if you don't want their logo on invoices (which is very accessible). The team behind the project is committed and very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about invoice ninja?

The new version 5 is unstable and sometimes breaks with upgrades. You can't have more than 1 price per item, and the taxes can't be "per line". There's no line for shipping charges, and the vendors/expenses side is not very developed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is invoice ninja solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm using InvoiceNinja to send my invoices to customers and have an automatic system to remind them their invoice is due to avoid late payment charges. It also has recurring invoices and expenses. Even though I continue creating my PDF on my computer accounting software because Invoice Ninja doesn't offer good reports that I can rely on nor the previous dislikes I mentioned.
