What problems is Invoice Crowd solving and how is that benefiting you?

Invoice Crowd solves the need for creating professional-looking invoices that I can quickly email to clients. I really like the tracking features and payment reminders, which help me stay on top of outstanding invoices. I can also connect an online payment processor to make it easier for clients to pay me.
