I find InvestNext really helpful in making investors very satisfied with the ability to access all of the information and reporting. I also like that investors can receive their distributions by ACH. What's been refreshing is their rapid response time, which is same-day, and their ability to deliver work results no later than the next day. I appreciate how they managed to load my portal with my investors during setup when I didn't have the time or admin resources to do it myself. They took care of it all for me. Additionally, having a single source for sending and receiving information with investors is great. I've even referred them to one of our developers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
