What do you like best about Inventive.AI?

The response quality is what won us over in the first place. When we ran a side-by-side scoring exercise against two other RFP tools during our evaluation, Inventive came out well ahead on the “good, usable answer” rate. It also helps by telling us where to spend our review time, instead of forcing us to re-check everything. The AI writer inside the document editor (for generating narrative sections, not just Q&A) has been a nice addition as well. Overall good value for money compare to other players in the market. What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?

The analytics could be improved. In some cases, answers feel over-cited for a small number of questions. The leaders’ dashboard could also be improved a little. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We previously managed RFP responses using a mix of spreadsheets and an older process that couldn’t make it through our internal IT review. Inventive gave us a working Knowledge Hub for reporting, security, and continuity content, along with review-cycle reminders on individual documents. That helps ensure stale SOC 2 or other compliance docs don’t quietly stay in circulation, which is especially important for a KYC company like ours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
