What do you like best about Intuit QuickBooks?

I like using Intuit QuickBooks for bookkeeping, financials, and payroll because its reconciliation feature ensures all transactions are recorded. It provides easy financial comparisons, allowing me to identify any abnormal items. The navigation is easy, and I can sort data effortlessly. The cash flow options help in assessing the company's financial state to determine if improvements are necessary. Its user-friendliness stands out, especially with syncing bank feeds to end outputs. I find the report layouts and transaction searches valuable for comparing data. QuickBooks is also more affordable than other software, making it the choice for most of our clients. Switching to QuickBooks was straightforward, and the setup process was simple, with easy data syncing from other software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intuit QuickBooks?

I find that sometimes the syncing of bank data stops and duplicates transactions, which creates problems when I am setting up the books. Also, in payroll, QuickBooks records transactions automatically without giving me permission to edit them, and I have to contact support to make changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
