The customizability of the platform is great. I was able to find a part of the system that was helpful for each of the areas that we were looking to improve, including employee recognition, knowledge management, and internal communications. The features provided are very user friendly and have helped us connect people and departments internally that previously lacked a platform for communication. There is a strong learning curve as you might have with any new platform. With more customizability, comes more things to understand about posting new content. Recently, we have also had some difficulty getting our systems to update with theirs. The customer service has been great over the past couple of years, however, with some turnover in their company recently, we have been passed to new individuals and are now having a hard time moving forward with updates.
