I like the ease of use in uploading documents and the ability to extract reports on buyer access, a feature I've used several times in this deal. The integration with AI allows me to search documents with great ease, and with AskLink I can search for information and analyze documents. I also used the internal redaction tool, which saved me time in anonymizing documents that I would otherwise have had to do offline. The initial setup was very simple. I find that the permissions phase during due diligence could be more intuitive: sometimes permissions are not automatically assigned. I would prefer to have "Push to diligence now" as the first option instead of "Push to diligence later" and that permissions assigned to a group are automatically applied to subsequently uploaded documents.
