The UI is very in, I have the ability to effectively run my process through there (i.e. through launching teasers, DD and Q&A). There is also an abundance of support with regards to uploading and indexing documents and if there are any issues or clarification questions that need answering. Additionally the Ask AI feature is helpful if I'm not sure if I have uploaded a document or not or If i need to reference a document when answering a question. I'd like a more enhanced information request list function. i.e., a live excel that tracks the status of requests and allows us to add comments on requests. Alternatively the ability to work and collaborate live on an excel that I upload would be a nice quality of life update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
