Very few applications our Department uses work with ease. This is the exception. Public Safety employees typically work non-traditional shifts -- that many programs are simply not equipped to handle. The software is tailored (and fully customizable) to meet law enforcement/public safety needs. The program itself can seem intimidating, and the degree of customization can feel overwhelming. The backend of the app was also a little confusing at first (without guidance).
