Intersect has genuinely simplified how we manage client compliance. The integration with CIPC and Xero saves us hours every month, and the ability to generate and sign documents digitally means we no longer chase clients for signatures or risk version confusion. The workflows are clear, the layout is intuitive, and it feels like the system was actually built by people who understand the realities of running a South African accounting firm. There’s a short learning curve when you first start, mainly because it does so much more than traditional tools. Some of the more advanced features (like the Beneficial Ownership module) could use extra help tooltips or walkthroughs for new users. What problems is Intersect solving and how is that benefiting you? Intersect has completely streamlined how we manage client compliance. We used to spend hours every week tracking CIPC filings, share registers, and beneficial ownership data in Excel. Now it’s all automated and connected, from document generation to e-signing and submission. It’s saved our team huge amounts of time, reduced errors, and made it easier to keep every client’s records up to date. The biggest benefit is the confidence that nothing slips through the cracks.
