What do you like best about Interlink Commerce?

Interlink Commerce has been an outstanding company, and their customer service is top-notch. My company, S&K Aerospace, LLC, chose Interlink Commerce because they could onboard us quickly and guide us through the rigorous testing process required by the Defense Logistics Agency. The team at Interlink Commerce—especially Mr. Ed Dewsnap—walked us through every step, from onboarding and EDI transaction setup to each stage of testing. They were also able to make adjustments on the fly in response to changes in the U.S. Government system. What do you dislike about Interlink Commerce?

What problems is Interlink Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our initial challenge was our limited experience with EDI transactions for inventory management and invoicing. The team at Interlink Commerce was very helpful in educating my team as we worked to implement their EDI solution into our business operations. We have been working with Interlink for over three years, and they not only helped us get up and running, but also supported us through a successful transition into this contract.
