Intergy offers ambulatory practices a specialty-focused EHR and practice management solution that is both user-friendly and customizable. With Intergy’s tools, users can manage chronic conditions, capture payer incentives, and thrive in the world of value-based care. The ONC-certified solution has consolidated functionality that simplifies notation, automates tasks, and streamlines workflows. The Intergy ecosystem of products also includes telehealth, remote patient monitoring, chronic care management, patient portal, patient messaging, and more — all solutions fully integrated. Plus, the EHR and practice management system is available through Greenway Secure Cloud. In addition to its suite of products, Greenway offers a marketplace of vendors providing additional integrated solutions for optimal workflow efficiency. Suitable for practices with multiple locations, Intergy caters to specialties such as primary care, internal medicine, multi-specialty, OB-GYN, cardiology, pediatrics, and FQHC/CHC, with the full enterprise solution monitoring multiple locations associated with independent practice associations (IPAs), accountable care organizations (ACOs), and tribal health organizations. In August 2021, Greenway announced an investment in Intergy with a client-centric product development approach. Through this initiative, Greenway set out to deliver client-requested enhancements to streamline clinical workflows, reduce the workload, and improve patient care. More recently, the initiative’s first release delivered a batch of client-requested enhancements that positioned Intergy for future 21st Century Cures Act readiness and expanded patient confidentiality functionality. **What do you like best about Intergy?**

Scheduling and Patient flow tracking for multiple providers. Having different appointment types in different colors.

**What do you dislike about Intergy?**

You can't always create the report criteria needed for a specific task without adding more fees.

**What problems is Intergy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used Intergy for years, and it helps us run our clinic daily.

**What do you like best about Intergy?**

The Practice Management is extremely user-friendly. It is easily navigatable to view schedules, patient demographics, patient financials, and some data from the EHR. This system is much compared to a couple other systems I've seen. Practice Analytics is a great reporting tool that we use daily. We have dedicated staff that run a variety of daily/weekly/monthly reports in addition to provider reports based upon user requests. We are able to pull a large number of the fields and import them into Excel for further manipulation.

**What do you dislike about Intergy?**

For larger organizations, it would be nice to have some of the Intergy built-in reports have more detail options. If a site within the group wants to look at just their data, some reports won't go down to the level they need & a request is sent to my group for a Practice Analytics report.

**What problems is Intergy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For billing, PM allows for a variety of ways to review and hold claims based on criteria. If a trend is discovered or we need to verify the offices are billing charges out correctly for a specific insurance, we are able to identify them easily so that the claim goes out cleanly the first time, instead of awaiting a denial, working this, and resending a corrected claim. This saves us from a lot of headaches and gets the claims paid quicker.

Can not personalize the standard reports.

Intergy makes it easy to access patient data in one place. Helps to keep track of who was involved in the patient's care.

**What do you like best about Intergy?**

I love that the layout of Intergy is very straightforward. I also appreciate the support that they offer.

**What do you dislike about Intergy?**

I find it difficult to easily track vaccines and document additional information within the med admin tab.

**What problems is Intergy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are a lot of benefits with Intergy - and I will say that if you have a great idea, Intergy will work to implement that in future upgrades.

**What do you like best about Intergy?**

Intergy is easy to navigate. I find the information needed for patient care with ease. I  like the availability of medication costs per pharmacy in the prescribing section.

**What do you dislike about Intergy?**

If I need to edit a work task note, no editing is available once it has been saved. There are misspellings or incorrect information documented that need to be revised.

**What problems is Intergy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently there are no problems that I am solving with Intergy. I have realized the benefits of a well organized electronic health record by effeciently finding patient information in an expedient manner.

**What do you like best about Intergy?**

1) The ability to customize the build as needed. 
2) Flexibility in some are of the chart and how to document.

**What do you dislike about Intergy?**

1)  There are many ways to do the same thing - causing confusion and others to create their own workflows.

**What problems is Intergy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now we are working to make things better for the staff using it: shortened workflows - less time documenting - things like this. Benefits realized is that the product is user-friendly.

**What do you like best about Intergy?**

Intergy is highly customizable.  There are frequently many ways to achieve a task and this allows providers to build workflows unique to their needs.  System relys on Medcin rather than ICD-10\CPT codes for forms and other 'click to build' efficiencies.  This allows for quick encounter note building and allows uniformity in searching findings and cross-functional reporting.  Patient portal is integrated into the product.

**What do you dislike about Intergy?**

SO. MANY.  CLICKS.  One of the most inefficient user interfaces that one could possible use.  
Seems as if it were built upon layers and layers of previous code.  Some seems to conflict with itself.  There seems to be a lack of expertise and 'best practice' documentation.  System relys on Medcin rather than ICD-10\CPT codes for forms and other 'click to build' efficiencies.  This is a positive but is a strong negative when reporting meaningful use that requires ICD\CPT\HCPCS codes to be used.  Patient portal seems configurable but removing one feature can require to remove many others.

**Recommendations to others considering Intergy:**

Support team response time is quite poor.  Days to weeks until a response.  Once they respond, they tend to do well.

**What problems is Intergy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One place to record, store and retrieve patient records. One place to manage patient accounts, payments, etc.  Integration with labs and pharmacy.

Extremely user-friendly.  Very easy software to teach to new employees.

**What do you dislike about Intergy?**

Reports - Locating and creating for our needs.

**What problems is Intergy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time management for staff.  We have not been utilizing the software to the fullest.

**What do you like best about Intergy?**

Ability to pull from a multitude of reports specific to your needs. Support is typically available when you call in, minimal wait times. Practice management has reporting built in and if you cannot find the report you are looking for within Practice Management, you will most likely find it in Practice Analytics. Using the system is easy - learning/onboarding time is minimal.

**What do you dislike about Intergy?**

Certain features of the Visit Note Templates do not work - they will freeze when importing goals from a large patient chart, then lock you out, and the system can sometimes shut down.

There are so many reports that finding the correct one can be tough at times.

**Recommendations to others considering Intergy:**

Ensure you are sold a full package and are not constantly being asked to upgrade aspects of the software for additional fees.

**What problems is Intergy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revenue generation - we are enhancing our revenue generation by pulling reports to identify strength and weaknesses. 

Patient communication has increased through Greenway Patient Messaging and ability to communicate securely over their portal.

Intergy software allows for a tremendous amount of customization.

**What do you dislike about Intergy?**

Intergy uses confusing terms and terminology, which makes customizing the software difficult.

**Recommendations to others considering Intergy:**

Carefully review any contracts prior to signing them.

Intergy allows our practice to have an EHR software solution to keep up to date with the emerging electronic nature of modern healthcare.
