What do you like best about Interacts?

Interacts is a good tool to use when you are collaborating with people remotely as you get to see their reactions and inputs in real-time. It is easy to set up and modify a session to get running in a short amount of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Interacts?

During the sessions, feedback given by the audience can't be changed or edited after it is submitted. This has caused the audience to submit the same response many times to get their message through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Interacts solving and how is that benefiting you?

The pre-made templates are useful for someone at any level to easily set up and facilitate many kinds of meetings from retrospectives to brainstorming. I use these templates to quickly set up sessions from know industry templates, that can be modified for the target audience. I have recently been using them for my team's retrospectives and then exporting the sessions for offline reference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
