What do you like best about Interact?

There's an entire team that is always available. Alisa is the total BOMB. From the very beginning, she's been thorough, eager to assist, and has uplifting suggestions to help this thing grow. And she's always so incredibly nice and pleasant to "Interact" with!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Interact?

ummmmm... can't think of anything at the present -- your team hasn't dropped the ball at all Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Interact solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are new at having an intranet, and just didn't have a clue. Your team had patience and kept professional composure during the entire process. It's benefitting me because the progressions are much easier--I'm learning more, coming up with better ideas. Alisa will take a crazy idea I have,, and turn it around into a more productive concept. Tora, this made our day, honestly. Alisa is going to be thrilled to read this, and she absolutely deserves it, I'll make sure it gets passed along. What you described, taking a rough idea and helping shape it into something workable, that's exactly the kind of partnership we want every new intranet team to have, especially when you're building this from scratch with no prior playbook.

Being new to having an employee experience platform can feel like a lot at first, so hearing that the process felt patient and steady instead of overwhelming is genuinely the outcome we're going for. Congrats on getting this up and running, and thank you for such a fun one to read.
