What do you like best about Intentsify?

I really like the visibility Intentsify gives managers without requiring a lot of manual work. The dashboards are easy to understand, which means there's less spreadsheet work involved. What do you dislike about Intentsify?

I think Intentsify could really use more customization. It would be great to have more flexibility in configuring the dashboards and views. Another issue is the user experience; there are a few areas where it could be more intuitive, especially for admins and end users. Intentsify solves the problem of lacking a clear, consistent view of sales performance.
