Intelogy is very efficient and easy to work with, utilizing a ticketing system that addresses requests and issues quickly. They have set up a custom membership management platform for us, making it easier to manage memberships. I find it valuable that Intelogy has given us the tools and skills to manage our files, users, and work environments on the front-end, while they handle the back-end IT and security needs. Their broad knowledge of Microsoft products allows them to come up with effective solutions consistently. The monthly reports they provide about retainer usage give transparency and help manage our agreement. Intelogy's setup of tools like Office 365 groups, SharePoint environments, and Copilot integrations has significantly impacted our efficiency and effectiveness, aiding in drafting content, finding files, and preparing for engagements. There is sometimes confusion with the billing. Some invoices have been incorrectly labelled, and there is sometimes confusion over what will be paid via direct debit or what requires bank payment.
