What problems is Intelo.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

The integrations with SFDC and our PM toll is strong. This allows me to co-mingle Account Health and status data with specific Project Health data.

Most impressive is the willingness of Intelo to listen to my reporting needs - and how they responded and delivered a customized report that now allows me to broadcast and show major Events across our client base that affects all areas of our business. I have not seen this in other CSM tools and the collaboration and partnership - specifically Praseetha - that has and continues to demonstrate is off the charts.

I use the dashboards and customized reports to measure Risk, Health, opportunities of our base to the whole company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
