Intellum is a wonderful LMS for all organizations big or small; it can be as simple or complex as needed to fit your company's needs. My favorite features are granular permissions, letters/letter triggers, and customizable topics. I also appreciate that you pull pretty much any kind of report you need. They are constantly adding new functionality (e.g., AI) and making improvements. The Client Experience portal helps get users up-to-speed with the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest downside is the limited number of custom fields. I would also like the ability to filter a user's enrollments (not just Complete/Incomplete).
