What do you like best about intelliPath ePA?

Initiating and usually completing medical prior auths online is so much better than waiting on hold. Also, it is nice to be able to work on them after hours and at times on the weekend. This is one of the better third party review systems we deal with. They are timely and reasonable. Their clinical reviewers are always professional and to the point. What do you dislike about intelliPath ePA?

Customer service sometimes is not great when you have to call in to tech support. It is also frustrating that when things spend sometimes it will not allow you to upload clinical documents and they have to be faxed in, which takes a long time and puts a burden on our fax server. Recommendations to others considering intelliPath ePA:

The users need to be medically competent as medical information submitted needs to be accurate and if entered wrong authorization may be denied and require appeal, physician review or even not be eligible for reconsideration depending on the plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
