What do you like best about Intelligent Contacts Hosted Contact Center?

Powerful cloud based unified communication solution. Best feature is that it is made for non-tech people so my team and I don't have to think like IT people. Every feature I need plus some we don't (big company stuff) No per user fees which I appreciate. All communications in 1 place. A+ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intelligent Contacts Hosted Contact Center?

We have long complex IVRs and there isn't a way to check if there are any dead ends or loops that callers can get stuck in. We can link many IVRs together but have to be careful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lifesaver during pandemic where agents had to be remote. Allowed us to hire from anywhere US or abroad. Easy to administer 24x7 PBX and call center solution that keeps our team connected with clients via whatever channel they like - talk, web, chat, email, or text.
