What do you like best about IntelligenceBank?

Now that we have been using IntelligenceBank for a couple of years, we can speak to our experiences with the DAM. We love how responsive our rep is, and availability if we would like to jump on a call for help with something. They make us feel like we are partners, not customers. What do you dislike about IntelligenceBank?

I see they are always adding new features and improvements to the system. I like that they are adding A.I. capabilities, and look forward to utilizing those in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IntelligenceBank solving and how is that benefiting you?

IntelligenceBank is solving the problem of scattered assets, some in directories that are not accessible by all. By using the DAM, we can have all our assets in one cemtral location that is easily shareable. We also are using it to host images and files on our new website. It is benefiting us by not having imges and files stored on webservers, helping speed up load times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
