I discovered that IntelliBuddies had many pre-built automation activities I could use, including data entry or file processing. It has a drag-and-drop work flow builder that is easy to implement and I am able to diagram the flow of work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have noticed it is less effective than other methods when handling more elaborate problems. It may also appear that the defined automation steps are not easily adjustable to very fine-grain, which the platform appears to be missing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
