We’ve been using IA for over a year now, and I’ve found that they’re genuinely open to feedback and willing to make adjustments when needed. Compared with our previous proctoring software, the number of voids has dropped significantly, largely because IA requires far less bandwidth to run. That difference has been especially important for us, since most of our learners are in rural areas where internet service is often unreliable and we have found that the majority of learners can navigate the platform effectively Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes they have released new features without informing us, which has had an impact on our learners. At times, we also find that these new features may not have had enough user acceptance testing as we have come across some usability issues Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
