"Cleaning Up Years of Messy HubSpot Data Made Simple"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Insycle?

What I like best is the bulk deduplication, cleaning up hundreds of duplicate contacts and companies in HubSpot at once instead of merging them one by one.

I also like the Formatting standardization feature for fixing inconsistent data like phones numbers, addresses, etc.

The preview step before changes push back to HubSpot helps me know that I'm on the right track without committing major changes to the database without a safety net.

The HubSpot integration itself works great, like a natural extension of the CRM rather than a bolted-on tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insycle?

The biggest downside for me has been the learning curve. Once you get the hang of it, the powerful features are awesome, but it's not immediately intuitive to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Insycle solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem Insycle is solving for us is cleaning up a database that's been accumulating inconsistent and unreliable data for over 10 years.

Years of manual entry, imports, and inconsistent processes has resulted in a many duplicate records, inconsistent formatting, and outdated data in the CRM.

Insycle has made it possible to tackle that backlog in bulk instead of fixing it record by record. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
