I like that InstantGMP PRO has a pretty quick learning curve, making it easy to access 100% of the documents or various assets I need daily under just three tabs or sections. This really cuts down on time spent looking for things. I find it easy to update files, whether because our process has changed or due to new best practices. It's simple to navigate and modify as needed to maintain the most recent versions. I also appreciate that the staff, being small to medium sized, provides pretty accessible support, often managed by the same person who is willing to help or take notes on any struggles to collaborate with the team for patches and updates. I would say what we need it for, it's definitely evolved and adapted itself progressively over the years to be a catch-all or more of an all-in-one solution for us. The only thing that I have identified as a struggle with the software is the promised updates or the integration of new modules in the software can sometimes go weeks or even months longer than the estimated completion and rollout dates for integrations. Only other thing that I could say has really been a struggle is the integration and implementation of an outside AI platform. All I mean by that is whether it's through an MCP or a third-party plugin, it should be very easy as it is with most, if not all, modern software. In order to have a two-way communication between this software platform and any AI of our choice in order to have the two programs work hand in hand in order to find various documentation, make updates to the documentation, and really enjoy a more autonomous type functionality with the system as a whole.
