What do you like best about Instant Housecall?

The product support is what keeps me paying year after year. The software is full-featured and robust, very flexible and customizable, but, best of all, a quick reply to an email question and even a phone number to call when email delays don't cut it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instant Housecall?

Wish it was a bit cheaper, but, with the built-in malware tools from D7 and the customizable installer to give to your customers make it better than most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
