What do you like best about Instabot?

What I like best about this is that it's totally awesome and easy to set up and use, where persons would normally call a company in just to get an issue solved the bot is able to assist the person as YouTube videos can be added there and that's super cool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instabot?

What I dislike about this bot is that though it may have all the awesome features of being able to assist an individual with an issue it can lack the human appeal that most people want and that to me is a little setback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Instabot solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem that this application is solving is that of being able to assist customers who have issues that can be fixed with just a few steps allowing the customers who have critical issues to call into a line that's not busy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
