What do you like best about InspireIP?

InspireIP’s Idea Assist module solves one of the biggest bottlenecks in corporate innovation—fragmented idea capture and low visibility. The tool is intuitive, frictionless, and requires no training. We’ve used it to run structured innovation challenges and open brainstorming campaigns, and it works equally well in both scenarios. What stands out is the Inventor Assistant, an AI co-pilot that helps frame raw thoughts into structured ideas without replacing human creativity.

Collaboration is tight-discussion threads, feedback loops, tagging stakeholders—all built in. Also, the integrations with Slack, Teams, and Jira are non-intrusive and help ideas flow naturally from where work happens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InspireIP?

Analytics could be deeper. While basic KPIs and bottleneck detection are there, we’d like more granular filters (e.g., by team, challenge, innovation goal) and customizable dashboards. What problems is InspireIP solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before InspireIP, we struggled with siloed ideation - good ideas were lost in chats, emails, or forgotten after meetings. InspireIP gives us a centralized system to capture, track, and evaluate ideas systematically.

The Inventor Assistant helps team members articulate vague concepts into structured submissions, even if they're not used to formal innovation workflows. It makes ideation inclusive and fast.
