What do you like best about Insperity?

What I like best about Insperity is the people. From our Business Performance Advisor to the payroll and HR reps, I have built great relationships with the people I work with. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely willing to help.

I also appreciate the relationship Insperity builds with its clients beyond day-to-day support. I have been invited to Insperity events and had the opportunity to attend one where I met several members of the team in person. Those experiences have made the relationship feel much more personal. I have learned a lot from the Insperity team over the years, and I truly value having people I trust and can reach out to when I need guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insperity?

My main challenge has been with the benefits team. When a small error occurred, getting it corrected was much more difficult than I expected, and at times I did not feel that the client’s concerns were being fully supported. That experience was frustrating. However, my HR rep, payroll rep, and Business Performance Advisor stepped in to help address the situation and made the overall experience much better. Recommendations to others considering Insperity:

I would recommend Insperity to companies looking for a strong PEO partner that can provide support across HR, payroll, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and other workforce-related needs. The biggest value for me has been having knowledgeable people available when questions or difficult situations come up.

I would especially recommend taking the time to build relationships with your Business Performance Advisor, payroll representative, and HR representative. They can become a very valuable extension of your internal team. What problems is Insperity solving and how is that benefiting you?

Insperity has been extremely helpful in supporting our payroll and HR needs. Their team is especially valuable when we have questions involving different state employment laws, employee relations, or sensitive situations such as employee terminations. Having knowledgeable HR professionals available to guide us gives me confidence that we are handling these situations appropriately. My representative is very responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, which saves me time and gives our company an additional level of support when navigating complex HR matters.
