What do you dislike about Insperity?

Recommendations to others considering Insperity:

For a small company, have your costs calculated before you reach out. Add up all the opportunity costs associated with internal preparation of payroll (and payroll taxes), dealing with benefits, and addressing daily employee questions. It's so much more than you think it is. Have that ready and you'll realize the savings right off the bat. I also recommend that you have your list of questions ready. What problems is Insperity solving and how is that benefiting you?
