These connections enable quick navigation of situations with good follow-up. Insperity's concierge service is something I truly value as it allows me to quickly reach out to someone who can work through a situation with me and provides thorough follow-up, which benefits us deeply. I've experienced some challenges with Insperity's TimeStar, which is a bit frustrating. There's a delay when needing backend support related to payroll setup as there's no visibility for us into the backend, and we're often reliant on the information Insperity provides. This can cause some hiccups, especially with things like shift differentials and premium payouts. Also, we've struggled to use the workforce or scheduling component successfully due to our needs involving external, contracted positions. Additionally, the steep increase in benefits costs at renewal time is difficult to absorb, which makes it hard to plan financially. It feels like these increases are tied to utilization, and it would be great if there were a way to dilute this impact over a few years rather than having a big jump in one year.
