What do you like best about Inspectlet?

Very easy to use. Love being able to filter and search for specific sessions. We use it primarily to troubleshoot customer problems, but you can easily view a funnel analysis of sessions and look for behavioral insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inspectlet?

Sometimes sessions are not always captured, or there seems to be a delay in sessions appearing. This can make near real0time session analysis difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Inspectlet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Primarily session troubleshooting, but also common behavioral analysis. Heatmaps and session funnels can help identify poor user experience and friction causing higher than desired bounce rate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
