What do you like best about Inspectlet?

Inspectlet has provided us with accuracy in every step we take; it has handy but straightforward tools, a very easy-to-use interface with the same tools we need to do the inspection. The customer support provides the necessary help, which is useful when I have any inconvenience. The video reporting has dramatically facilitated the review; this way, it is much more practical to see and evaluate the movement of our customers on our site, analyze what we do wrong, and maybe see what we excel in, to reinforce our qualities in our service. What do you dislike about Inspectlet?

It is not easily customizable; it does not allow me to develop an analysis as I need it; you must be specific with the configuration to get perhaps precisely what I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Inspectlet solving and how is that benefiting you?

The most significant benefit that it has provided me is to activate our website much more, somehow it was becoming lifeless, and thanks to Inspectlet, we were doing wrong and thus made decisions that would solve the problem.
